One way to further connect to the 19north community, and most importantly, the things that God has prepared for your future, is to become a part of our Leadership Team. Our team of leaders is composed of an incredible group of servant-hearted people who are connected to the vision of 19north and Victory Family Church. Without our leadership team, 19north will not fulfill its purpose in touching a generation of 20-somethings.

19north leaders work together to serve the church body & others in the community to advance the Kingdom for Jesus and make a great impact in our world. HOW DO I BECOME A LEADER AT 19NORTH?
The first requirement is to become a member of 19north Ministries, Victory Family Church, or both. Secondly, complete & submit the Online 19north Leadership Application, so we can know a little bit more about you & where you’d like to serve. Let’s get started, but first, a letter from the Pastor of 19north Ministries:
Dear Applicant,
Thank you! We are excited that you are interested in serving on the 19north Leadership Team. This application includes information necessary to begin processing your application to join our team.
Once your application is submitted and received, a 19north Coordinator will contact you within a week regarding your “choice of service”. We are looking forward to getting to know you and working alongside you to reach the young adults of this generation.
